Sunflower oil is obtained from the peeled kernels of the sunflower. It has a unique smell and is used in the kitchen as well as in Ayurveda.
The sunflower oil is particularly well absorbed by the skin, which is why it is suitable for all skin types.

In Ayurveda, sunflower oil is often used for the Pitta constitution. It can also be used for self-massage, or simply as a make-up remover ;-).
